SEVENTEEN INDUSTRIES, THREE SHAPES OF CALL
Built for healthcare. Proven anywhere the phone matters.
Sector labels are a poor guide to whether this will work for you. What matters is the shape of the call: does it end in a booking, an enquiry, or a job that has to be raised and triaged. Prime Assist was hardened in UK healthcare, the hardest place to answer a phone, and everything that made it safe there makes it better everywhere else.
Which industries does Prime Assist work in?
Prime Assist is deployed across seventeen UK industries, grouped by what the call has to achieve rather than by sector family. Diary businesses, where the call ends in a booked slot: dental practices, GP practices and PCNs, clinics including physiotherapy and optometry, veterinary practices, aesthetic clinics, salons and spas, gyms and fitness studios, restaurants and hospitality, and dealerships and garages. Enquiry businesses, where the call is a lead to capture and qualify: law firms and solicitors, accountants and IFAs, estate and lettings agents, recruitment agencies, and education and training providers. Dispatch and service businesses, where the call is a job or case to triage and raise: trades and home services, logistics and transport, and councils and public sector. The underlying voice engine is the same in every case. What changes is the call script, the booking rules, the systems it writes into and the escalation policy.
Diary businesses
The caller wants a slot. Prime Assist reads real availability, applies your rules about who can be seen when and for how long, books it and confirms by text. Capacity, clinician or stylist skill, treatment duration, table size, ramp availability and pre-appointment steps such as patch tests are honoured rather than guessed.
Dental practices
Recall, emergencies and the 8am rush, inside Dentally and your practice system.

The caller is a lead you cannot afford to lose, and they will not leave a voicemail. The enquiry is captured, qualified against your criteria, logged in your CRM and routed to the right person with a structured note. Intake, conflict and screening questions are asked identically every time.
Law firms and solicitors
Intake qualified, conflict questions asked, consultations booked 24/7.

The caller has a problem. It is triaged against your own definitions, raised as a job or case with a reference given on the call, and the right person is paged when it is genuinely urgent. Emergency thresholds, coverage areas, priority definitions and on-call rotas are yours, and escalation is written down rather than improvised.
Trades and home services
Emergency triage, jobs booked into your scheduler with access notes.

If you would rather just scan the list.
Your sector is not on the list.
That is a configuration job, not a rebuild. If your business takes inbound calls, has rules about what may be promised, and keeps a diary or a CRM, Prime Assist fits. Tell us the three calls that cost you the most and we will script them before the demo.

Questions about multi-industry deployment.
Ask us something elseIs the product different per industry?
The engine is identical. What is configured per industry is the call script, the vocabulary, the booking and capacity rules, the systems it reads and writes, and the escalation policy that decides when a human must take the call. That is also why we group industries by the shape of the call rather than by sector: a dental practice and a restaurant have far more in common on the phone than a restaurant and a haulier.
Does healthcare experience actually matter to a restaurant?
It matters in three specific ways: escalation is defined rather than improvised, every call carries a transcript and audit trail, and notes taken verbatim, such as an allergy, are attached to the record rather than paraphrased.
How long does a new sector take to configure?
Most non-healthcare deployments are scripted, tested and live faster than a regulated one, because there is no clinical safety review in the path. We will give you a date at the demo.
Do you have customer references in my sector?
We publish clearly labelled worked scenarios rather than invented numbers. Named client outcomes are added as they are approved for publication. Ask us at the demo what we can share privately under NDA.
Is pricing the same across sectors?
Healthcare pricing is published. Non-healthcare deployments are quoted per business, because call volumes and integration scope vary widely. See the pricing page.
START WHERE YOU ARE COMFORTABLE
Three ways to test us. Only one of them involves talking to a human.
Buying voice AI on a slide deck is how people end up with something that fails on the first awkward caller. So we made the product itself the easiest thing to try, and put the commitment in your hands rather than ours.
Hear it for yourself, right now
Ring the line and talk to Prime Assist the way one of your callers would. Ask it to book you in, then try to catch it out. No form, no email address, no follow-up call from us.

Put a number on your missed calls
Enter your call volume and average job or appointment value. You get the arithmetic on what the unanswered ones are costing you, with the methodology shown so you can challenge it.

Watch it handle your calls
Bring the three calls that waste the most of your team’s day. We run them live, in your sector’s language, and tell you honestly which ones we would not take. Five fields to book.

Most people do all three, in that order, and it costs them about twenty minutes in total. We would rather you tested the product than read our claims about it.
