What we collect on this website
Details you submit through our demo, consultation, calculator report and call-me-back forms: name, work contact details, practice name, setting and size, and anything you write in a message field. We use them to respond to your request and for no other purpose.

Patient data within the Prime Assist service
When Prime Assist answers calls for a practice, the practice is the data controller and Gateway Global Ltd acts as a data processor under a written agreement. Patient data is processed and stored in the UK, by contract. Call recordings, transcripts and audit logs are held to the retention schedule in that agreement and are accessible to the practice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for portability. Contact the data protection contact above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Retention and security
Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship. Systems are secured to Cyber Essentials Plus, with access controls and logging. Full retention schedules: set out in the data processing agreement issued with your contract
