Our approach
This site sets one analytics cookie of its own and nothing else. No marketing trackers, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. The analytics cookie loads only after you choose Accept in the consent banner, which offers Accept and Reject with equal prominence. If you reject, nothing loads and the site works identically.
Three third parties can set cookies here, and they behave differently, so they are worth separating. The booking calendar on the demo and consultation pages comes from Calendly, which sets its own cookies to run the calendar. It is not loaded when the page opens: it loads when you press the button to show the calendar, or when you submit the booking form. Until then Calendly is not contacted at all. If you would rather it were not loaded, book by telephone on +44 20 3747 7785 instead.
The contact form is hosted by Salesforce, our CRM, and this one does load with the page. Opening the contact page contacts Salesforce and sets the two cookies listed below, which record a cookie preference for the form itself and are used for nothing else. We do not run Salesforce web tracking on this site. If you would rather not load it, everything the form does can be done by telephone on +44 20 3747 7785 instead.
The chat button in the corner of every page is Salesforce Enhanced Chat, also from Salesforce, and it loads with every page. It keeps the chat conversation in your browser's storage so that it stays open as you move between pages, and uses it for nothing else. It is strictly necessary for the chat to work.
